For local businesses & community partners

Every great season has a sponsor.

Bach & Boogie brings toddlers, their families, and seniors together for a weekly music class inside senior living communities. Sponsor a season, and your name is on the happiest hour of the week in your town.

What you'd be sponsoring

One room. Three generations. Real music.

Every week, families with babies and toddlers walk into a senior living community. The music starts. Children and residents share instruments, ribbons, and songs every generation knows, from Bach to Sinatra. For 45 minutes, nobody is a visitor.

Why sponsors say yes

Be the name behind something your town already loves.

You already support events in the community. This one happens every week, in the room where it matters most.

Seen by the right people

Residents, their families, community staff, and young parents in your town. Week after week, not once.

Remembered for the right reason

Your name is tied to a child handing a shaker to a resident, not to another flyer in the lobby.

Easy to say yes to

One clear price. We handle the facilitator, music, family outreach, insurance, and scheduling. You show up if you want to.

Every season includes

A trained, background-checked facilitator, covered by our insurance
Music, instruments, ribbons, and class plans
Local outreach to bring babies, toddlers, and parents in
Scheduling and coordination with the community

Why $2,000?

Your sponsorship covers 12 facilitated classes, outreach to bring families in, insurance, instruments and materials, coordination with the senior community, and an end-of-season report. It's the real cost of running a season well, with a small margin so the program can keep going. Happy to walk you through the full breakdown.

Bringing Bach & Boogie to a brand-new community? A first season there runs about $2,500–$3,000, since it includes training a local facilitator and a complete set of class materials.

How it works

From hello to first class in three steps

Most of the work is ours. Yours takes about 15 minutes.

  1. Pick your town and season

We talk for 15 minutes about where you'd like your name to show up and which season fits.

  2. We set the stage

We confirm the community, schedule the classes, assign a facilitator, and start inviting families.

  3. The music starts

Twelve weeks of classes. You get photos along the way and a season report at the end.

What your sponsorship sounds like

“When you see them it makes you feel younger and happier. My grandchildren live in Connecticut and Montana. I'll be back next week.”

Art, resident

“Bach & Boogie has created meaningful connections between our residents and the greater Melrose community. The intergenerational aspect is what truly makes this program special.”

Madison Sanborn, CDP · The Residence at Melrose Station

“My son and I had a fabulous time. The fact that it's held at an assisted living facility touched me more than words can say.”

Michelle, parent

“Our 2-year-old kicks off every weekend with singing, dancing, and instruments. What could be better?”

Questions

Sponsor FAQ

Who leads the classes?

A trained Bach & Boogie facilitator who is background-checked and covered by our insurance. The same facilitator leads every class in the season, so the room gets to know them.

What does the senior community do?

They host the class, invite residents and their families, and make a small good-faith contribution toward bringing in families. It doesn't reduce or replace your sponsorship.

Is the sponsorship tax-deductible?

Bach & Boogie is a small business (an LLC), so a sponsorship isn't a charitable donation. Many sponsors treat it as community marketing. Your accountant can tell you how it applies to you.

We're a foundation. Can a grant fund a season?

Yes. We partner with nonprofit host communities or a fiscal sponsor so grants can fund a season. Tell us what your foundation needs, and we'll set it up the right way with you.

Can we pick the community?

Yes. If you already work with a community you'd like to bring the program to, tell us and we'll start there.

Can our team come to a class?

Please do. Sponsors are welcome at any class in their season. Come sit with the residents and grab an instrument.

Can we sponsor more than one season?

Yes, and returning sponsors get first say on their town for the next season.
