Bach & Boogie is a joyful, weekly music class that brings together toddlers, parents, and senior residents for a shared experience of rhythm, movement, and classical favorites. We operate in partnership with senior living communities and families to create engaging, developmentally supportive sessions that enrich intergenerational connection.
These Terms of Service outline the expectations for all participants and partners—including hosting facilities, parents, and caregivers—to ensure smooth, respectful collaboration.
These services are provided by Bach and Boogie LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company.
By You (the residence or parent):
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for a class cancellation. Missed classes may be refunded or credited, at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. We always aim to offer a fair resolution, typically by refund or credit, based on availability and circumstances.
By Us (Bach & Boogie):
In the event we must cancel (e.g. illness, emergency), we will either offer a credit or refund as appropriate. Rescheduling may be possible but is not guaranteed.
Weather / Force Majeure:
In cases of extreme weather or emergencies, class may be canceled and either refunded or credited based on availability and discretion.
We occasionally capture short photos or video clips during class to celebrate the experience and share our mission.
To protect children’s privacy, we will never publish identifying images of kids without explicit parental consent. By default, we use visual safeguards—such as star overlays, gentle blurring, or cropping—to ensure children’s faces are not recognizable in public materials.
Group shots, back-of-the-room perspectives, and clips focused on instruments or movement (rather than faces) may also be used. If you prefer your family not be included in any media, please let us know at registration and we’ll honor that fully.
Any facility-specific privacy requirements will also be respected.
We aim to create an inclusive, joyful environment for everyone. We ask that all staff, residents, and guests treat the facilitator and participants with kindness and mutual respect. We reserve the right to end a session early if the environment becomes unsafe or hostile.
By registering for or attending Bach & Boogie classes, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to both hosting facilities and families. For details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued participation in classes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
